It deserves its 4 stars. The stuff where loyal and location was magnificent. We stayed in a calm room and it was a great value for money. We really loved to chill in the nearby The Courtfield.
The bed was not particularly comfortable.
-
Good location, very central to Earls Court underground station and close to the museums
-
Would recommend this accommodation to all. We loved everything about the hotel: staff and location. Our room was with walk in shower, a plus for us. They offered us a pub not far from the venue.
-
We loved how close it is to earls court exhibition centre. The room had a good balcony. Parking was nearby and it was very convenient. A superb base for exploring London: D
None.
-
The location of the hotel is great. Only a few steps away from the underground station in zone 1. The staff is friendly
For London the price-performance ratio of the hotel is okay.
-
- very nice staff. - daily room service . - usable kitchen until 23.00 o'clock
- very saggy and old mattress. - Bed linen and towels with apparently no longer washable stains
-
The staff was very nice.
It could be renovated a bit, but otherwise it was good.
-
The building condition is mediocre, but the hotel is clean. Breakfast includes eggs, toast, jam, milk and cornflakes.
-
Great location, with all transports near. You can be at London center in 15min.
-
I disliked everything about the hotel.
1 Rooms cramped and old. Bedding more suited to a dog house. 2 Looks as if never painted in 100 years. 3 Room Toliets so small could not use. Also leaked and cramped. 4 Breakfast nothing good at all to say. Better in a war camp im sure. 5 Shower well what can I say .Instructions for use. Leave cold tap running for 3 minutes before turning on shower. Pressure of shower same as milk from a babys bottle. 6 Mind head signs, torn carpet, no card facilities and billing not right. 7 Booking .com payments were did they go. Cant believe this hotel .Faulty Towers 5 star compared to this.

The room was very clean and the staff were always happy and helpful
The signal on the tele wasnt very good
-
Excellent location, very close to Earls Court. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent value for money considering the convenient location. Will book again.
-
Use of kitchen, and friendly staff.
Cramped room, no internet, no ensuite, shower in room hardly worked.
-
Easy access as I was working near Earls Court. Decent Shower. Cleaning undertaken every day and after discharge.
Poor menu for Breakfast. No tv and Radio. The only tv did not function.
-
The location was very good. It was quite calm.
Double room had six beds and looked like a dorm room in a youth hostel. Room smelled a little musty. Toilet facilities were just across the corridor and quite clean. Shower and sink were located in one corner of the room surrounded by carpet. The overall impression was to be in a hostel and less a hotel. Way too expensive for what it was. Staff was very friendly.
